I believe in creating the space to do great work and to have a great life.   True focus on the big, meaningful goals and not fretting the small stuff creates capacity to be better and deliver for everyone.

There is a much bigger world we all should contribute to everyday.  This can be a team, a family, company, community etc. look beyond yourself and try to help others do so as well.

Integrity is one word that encompasses so much.   It means - deliver on commitments, treat others with respect and understanding, tolerance, walk the talk and act as a role model.
