Deep and global experience implementing people programs and the change management required to make them successful. My HRBP combined with Talent Management experience provides a unique and practical approach to program design/development, as well as implementation and sustainability.
One of my most important values is balance. I thrive on having a mixture of interests that are meaningful, fun and challenging.
